Thanks to this new feature integrated into the Gozem app, users can order their gas bottle in just a few clicks and receive it at home in only 30 minutes, without having to go anywhere.
This service aims to meet a crucial daily need within Togolese households, but also for businesses such as restaurants, hotels, canteens, and street grills, by providing a quick, reliable, and secure solution for both domestic and professional gas supply.

How does it work?
The service is simple and intuitive. The user opens the Gozem app, selects the “Gas” service, then chooses the desired bottle from available options. After confirming the order, a Gozem delivery person takes care of delivering it to the specified address, while also collecting the empty bottle.
This smooth process enables delivery in less than 30 minutes, adhering to safety standards and practicality. All of this without leaving home.
An initial phase exclusively in Togo
The service is currently only available in Togo, in several neighborhoods of Lomé. Gozem plans a gradual expansion to other cities in the country in the coming weeks, depending on local demand.
This launch is part of Gozem’s strategy to offer concrete services tailored to the needs of local populations, while leveraging the existing infrastructure within its application.
